Long Review:
This is the encyclopedia of choice for family and school use. From the quality of the articles, and the accessibility of the writing, to the content that is matched to American school curriculum, World Book continues to be the best encyclopedia for families with school age children, regardless of format. This 2002 Premier Edition adds some superb reference tools to the encyclopedia and features found in the Deluxe and Standard editions on CD-ROM. Particularly notable is the addition of the Rand McNally New Millennium World Atlas Deluxe, the best CD-ROM atlas available. The Merriam-Webster Reference Library rounds out the set with the benchmark Collegiate Dictionary. While World Book’s digital encyclopedias include all of the features expected of top-of-the-line multimedia reference tools, it is the content that sets World Book apart. The friendly report-writing features, accessibility, and the consistent high quality of the contents make World Book the finest family reference tool available today.
